Chamber Network Policy Wins – Autumn Budget and Spending Review 2021

View the West & North Yorkshire Chamber’s 2021 Autumn Budget and CSR Policy Wins

The Autumn Budget and Comprehensive Spending Review (CSR) 2021 was delivered by the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Rishi Sunak MP on Wednesday 27 October. Working together, the British Chambers of Commerce and the Chamber Network, including West & North Yorkshire Chamber secured a number of wins for business communities across the UK. The Chamber has been consistent in its conversations with Government that it will be business that drives the economic recovery but we need the Government to create the environment for us to invest and grow, to have access to the skills and training programmes to meet our needs and the physical and digital infrastructure to be able to conduct business across the UK and around the world.

On your behalf we will continue to provide evidence of need, work collectively to develop solutions and provide the stories and case studies to policy makers which will ultimately boost productivity and create jobs within our region. If there are issues you would want the Chamber to be vocal about then please contact the policy team mark.goldstone@wnychamber.co.uk
