UK Trademark Registration £170

A registered design is a form of intellectual property protection that covers the visual appearance of a product. This can include the shape, configuration, ornamentation, or pattern applied to an article and essentially protects the aesthetic or design aspects of a product rather than its functional features, which would be protected via a patent. Protection is geographic and can cover individual or multiple countries. Whilst registration is not mandatory, it does provide several benefits including a legal presumption of ownership and exclusive rights to use the mark. For further information about Trademark Registration, please contact Scott Sellars on 01274 230074 or email info@wnychamber.co.uk
